Grow Creative delivers a range of business support programmes for creative companies within the North West and specifically Lancashire and Cumbria through a range of interventions.  

Previous support has included coaching and mentoring and Commercial Awareness Workshops for creative individuals for help on marketing, publicity, taxation, funding and financing, pricing and time management.

Consultancy Services

Grow Creative currently provides support through consultancy services to enable new and established companies and individuals to develop an aspect of their organisation where expertise and / or additional resource is required. 

LEAD: Development for owner/ managers

The project is also currently running the LEAD leadership and development programme specifically targeted at individuals running creative organisations and businesses, in collaboration with the Lancaster University Management School.  Further information on LEAD can be found here.
