The Creative Leadership programme is a series of workshops and coaching sessions designed to help creative owner/ managers tackle leadership issues within their organisations and implement effective strategies to make their businesses grow. 
 
Starting in February, the course consists of six, monthly morning workshops followed by an afternoon coaching set to explore issues covered through the workshops and devise strategies for implementing changes within the business. 

Workshops will focus on:

- developing leadership and coaching skills (27th February and 1st April)
- organisational culture and strategy development (1st May and 29th May)
- marketing and communication (26th June and 28th July)

Sessions are delivered by leading trainers and advisors in the creative sector with a proven track record for helping companies grow successfully. 

Each participant will also be assigned a dedicated personal coach to guide them through the implementation of their ideas for the duration of the programme.

To participate, individuals must own or manage a cultural or creative organisation in the North West and be committed to growing that organisation.  In addition the organisation must:

• have been trading for two or more years
• have at least two employees
• be based in the North West of England
