David Parish MBA, MCMI, AIMC, MCIM, MIBA

David Parish is an international business advisor, trainer and management consultant for the creative industries. He helps his clients by drawing on his own experience as a creative entrepreneur combined with his knowledge as a specialist professional advisor.  Through his book, ‘T-Shirts and Suits: A guide to the business of creativity’, David shows how successful creative businesses and cultural enterprises have used business methods appropriately and imaginatively to help them achieve their objectives.  He has lectured, run workshops and events, and contributed to programmes on creative entrepreneurship and business growth extensively, both nationally and internationally.

Deborah Barnard MBE

Deb Barnard has worked in the creative sector for over twenty years combining artistic practice with arts/business management at Senior Executive level. Initially trained in Educational Psychology; further professional development includes Manchester Business School (Leadership for Execs – CWS), Negotiation Skills, NLP & Advanced Communication Skills & The Arts of Coaching. Deborah is currently working as a freelance Creative Consultant, Facilitator & Coach; specialising in working cultures, organisational & personal development and leadership. She is a coach for both the NESTA & Clore Leadership programmes and designer of 'The Leadership Dynamic' training programme. Deborah is also a trainer/facilitator for the international 'Dreams & Teams' leadership programme for young people and is an associate tutor for the Cultural Leadership MA, John Moores University, Liverpool. She achieved full membership with the Association for Coaching (UK) in 2005.

Paul Billington 

Paul Billington has a strong track record in ICT, Internet and Marketing Strategy as well as business management and evolution. He has extensive experience of successful internet marketing, strategies and sustainable business growth. Working across multiple sectors, including franchise, he has considerable expertise collaborating with companies and public sector organisations at all levels. He has experience of running several businesses, including the experience of selling a business and continues to work as a Director of a successful marketing agency. Outside of these responsibilities Paul has held several public positions and is currently Chair of the Lancashire ICT and New Media Committee on behalf of Lancashire Economic Partnership.
