Grow Creative are hosting two peer groups which will comprise of a small number of practitioners coming together in structured sessions to resolve issues of mutual personal and professional importance. Under the guidance of a facilitator, the group will work together to unlock and clarify issues and barriers to developing their businesses, discuss possible ways of addressing these issues and select actions for moving forward.

Two seperate peer groups will be run focusing on different topics:

1. Creative Leadership
   A peer group looking at issues relating the Leadership in the creative sector's SMEs
   
2. Personal & Professional Development
   A peer group exploring the challenges faces by owner managers of creative SMEs
