The Grow Creative Project offers opportunities for students within the Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts to receive advice, training and support to develop skills and knowledge for their future creative careers.

Creative Enterprise

Structured training and support is provided to enable students develop ideas for companies, practices and projects within music, art and theatre contexts and acquire the skills and knowledge to put their ideas into practice. Further information can be found here

To support this activity we also occassionally run one-off events for new and aspiring creative entrepreneurs. Check out the Events page for further details.

Consultancy Placements

We also provide work experience through consultancy-style placements. Students work for a local creative organisation to support the company's development in a specified area and of real value to the organisation. Find out more here
