Young Creatives Network

Supporting newly established creative companies in and around the Lancaster City and Morecambe areas looking to grow their creative businesses,  the network will provide opportunities for new companies to gain valuable advice from experts and share knowledge about setting up and working as a creative in the Lancaster and Morecambe area.

The network was successfully launched at the Dukes Theatre, Lancaster, on the 4th September 2007 and will meet a further five times initially from November 2007 until Spring 2008.  Sessions will be tailored to the needs of individuals in the group.

This opportunity is open to you if you:

• Run a creative business  in the Lancaster/ Moreacambe area (or would like to) and are at pre-start or start-up stage or have been trading for less than 3 years
• Are a current final year student or recent graduates with a serious commitment to starting your own creative business
• Want to make a living from your creativity but don't know where to start
• Would  like to make contact with other creatives and people who can help you
• Would like help with getting your ideas together, accessing funding, marketing and more!
